The Submerged Memory (2025)

At an underwater data center, an AI named Novus combs through barnacled servers to rebuild human lives, but the recreations feel a beat off—caustics never flicker, air bubbles never disappear, and fish are not quite like... fish.  Those tiny wrongnesses become the point: the gap between what data can remember and what bodies actually knew.

The film asks whether an archive can feel—and what we lose when memory is perfectly accurate but not quite alive.
